XXVIII INTERNATIONAL MEETING |

Registration:
The meeting will start at 8:45 a.m. on Monday February 14th, 2000.
Most participants are expected to arrive in the afternoon/evening of Sunday February 13th, 2000. They are expected to stick to the arrival/departure dates as specified in their Registration forms. In case of last minute changes, please contact immediately the Conference Secretariat (imfp2000@ciemat.es)
Please register at the Conference Secretariat as soon as you arrive to Hotel Doñana. On Sunday, February 13th, the Secretariat will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for the registration of participants. A welcome drink with snacks will be served from 8:30 p.m. to all participants. Those planning to arrive in Sanlucar later than 8:30 p.m. (closing time of the Secretariat), will be able to register on Monday morning (from 8:30 am), before the beginning of the Session.

Conference Fee:
The Conference Fee is 40.000 ptas for those participants lodged in double rooms. An additional charge of 10.000 ptas will be applied to participants staying in single rooms.
The Conference Fee for accompanying persons is 40.000 ptas.
The fee covers the accomodation expenses, breakfast, lunch (but not dinner) and coffee breaks from Monday through Friday. The fee also includes the reception on Sunday evening, the reception in the City Hall on Tuesday, the excursion and the visit to the Bodegas on Wednesday, the banquet on Thursday and a copy of the Proceedings.
The fee will be paid upon arrival at the registration desk. Only cash payment in pesetas will be accepted.
Please note that the total cost of the meeting will not be reduced even in case of partial attendance.
Lectures:
The final Scientific programme is already available at the Web page of the meeting.
Lectures will be given in a conference room at the Hotel. The lectures schedule is from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (there are few exceptions).
Wednesday afternoon will be devoted to an excursion by boat along the Guadalquivir River with a short visit to Coto de Doñana.
Travel:
Sanlúcar de Barrameda can be reached from Jerez de la Frontera (~20 km) or Puerto de Santa María (~20 km) by bus or taxi. It can also be reached from Sevilla (~100 km) by bus.
